Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at this hotel was amazing! The rooms were first class, tastefully decorated, and had a nice powerful shower. The service felt like home from home, welcoming, and helpful at every turn. The location was equally fantastic, just steps away from the beach and city center. The dining experience was lovely, especially the sausages. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were of a very high standard, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast had an excellent choice, and the location was just a short walking distance from the Bournemouth International Centre. Scott and Alan provided exceptional customer care, making the experience even better. However, there were some issues with the online reservation not being transferred and a very hard mattress in the room.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the en-suite bathroom was a plus, but there was a damp feeling due to the location in the eaves of the building. The service was helpful and quite friendly, however, they seemed to be trying hard against high repair costs. The location was excellent for exploring the town and beach, but it does attract a budget crowd. The dining experience was lovely, with a variety of delicious options. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach, pier, and town center, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are clean, and the hosts are helpful despite some issues with damp in specific rooms. The dining options are satisfactory, though limited in some aspects, and the service is friendly and attentive.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and provided a cozy atmosphere with a comfortable bed and nice amenities like a kettle for tea/coffee. The morning and evening hot showers were rejuvenating, and the fluffy towels added a touch of luxury. The only drawback was the limited staff availability for breakfast, which seemed insufficient despite their friendliness.
I had a very comfortable stay at this small hotel. The room, though small, was warm and impeccably clean, with lovely tea, coffee, and chocolate offerings. The service was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the location was ideal for exploring the town, beach, and nearby attractions. The dining experience was delicious and fulfilling but had limited English muffin options. Overall, a great value for money choice.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel - great value for money with everything I needed available and all clean. However, there was a hiccup with my online reservation not being transferred in time.
The hotel had very clean, good rooms, and was professionally run. The rooms were of a very high standard, spotlessly clean, and comfortable, with an excellent choice at breakfast. The short walking distance to the Bournemouth International Centre was convenient. The hotel was immaculate, and a pleasure to sleep in, albeit their check-in time was later than usual.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, albeit small, was kept clean daily, but some facilities like the hotel bar were neglected. The service, particularly by Adam, was warm and helpful, despite some language barriers. The location was ideal for both leisure and business travelers, being close to the beach and conference center. The dining experience, although tasty, lacked variety for those looking for a substantial meal. Overall, a small, cozy spot with great potential.
The hotel has a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were not made up properly initially, but they turned out to be very clean and elegant. The service was efficient and extremely pleasant, but there was only one good thing about it. The location was excellent for accessing the beach, nightlife, and town center, even though it caters to various types of guests. The dining was tasty but might disappoint those craving a substantial breakfast. Overall, the hotel provides a good value stay with convenient proximity to everything you might need.
